Leslie uses a mindful, holistic approach to movement and wellbeing for each client’s individual needs. She has worked with athletes as well as clients struggling with chronic illnesses and PTSD. She specializes in restorative movement which can be beneficial for postural issues, overall fitness and wellbeing and for clients healing from sports injuries, breast cancer treatment, physical illness and emotional challenges such as anxiety and PTSD.
